Contributors

The Hobbs Park Memorial was made possible by virtually hundreds of different people, from all walks of life, in varying forms of generosity. The most generous contributed their time, energy, expertise, and their money. On this page, we wish to acknowledge these wonderful people and organizations that have financed the Hobbs Park Memorial Fund, and those who have contributed their hearts and minds to the toil of design and labor. More than a quarter million dollars, and many dozens of volunteer hours have thus far been expended upon this effort to protect our Kansas legacy.

In grateful acknowledgement, we thank the following, for their contributions of $500 and more, between 1997 and 2002. Each such contributor appears upon a cast aluminum plaque inside the entrance to the Murphy-Bromelsick house, in Hobbs Park.
